Festival de Melle : the Romanesque churches of Melle provide the ideal stage for concerts of classical music, sacred and profane cantatas, traditional music, story-telling and conferences.

Festival au Village : Theatre, music and circus, indoors and outdoors. Acrobats and clown put on a jolly show for everyone’s delight.

July :

Festival au Château : street art, humour, circus and street theatre inside the ruins of the château of Bouillé-Saint-Paul.

Musiques et Danses du Monde : Music and folk dancing from the all over the world enliven the streets of Airvault.

Festival des jeux (FLIP) : All the game-players of the world meet in Parthenay for this international gaming convention.

Festival Bouillez : Street art.

Festival des enfants du monde (R.I.F.E) : a one-of-a-kind festival held at Saint Maixent, where children from all over the world dance and sing their traditional folklore.

Festival des Nouvelles Pistes d’Art Inclassables (NPAI) : Music, exhibits, conferences, tasting-sessions... a festival of Improvised Arts held in the Gâtine.

Atouts Arts : nomadic musics fill the streets of Thouars.

Contes en Chemin : Traditional and modern tales, musical tales staged in several municipalities around Saint-Maixent.

Boulevard du Jazz music, dancing and meeting with jazz and blues artists, in Melle.

De Bouche à Oreille : traditional music, concert and folk dances bring to life the banks of the river Thouet and enliven the walls of Parthenay.

Marionnettes en Campagne : open stages, exhibits and theatre : the puppets invite themselves to the Melle countryside, at Lusseray.

August :

Nombril du Monde : tales, music, interactive shows and games centered on the Navel of the World in Pougne-Hérisson.

Lumières du Baroque : baroque music in historical monuments or in open air at Celles-sur-Belles.

Festival Coréades : choral music !

Festival des Vendanges : a Harvest of shows, music, songs, theater, walks and art, among the vines of Pamproux.

Festival Eclat de Voix : vocal expressions of all kinds, in Bressuire.

Festival du Film Ornithologique : Films, outdoor workshops, tales, forums, conferences, outings, animal art exhibit...birds of all feathers flocking together in Ménigoute.
